Darwin Camera Club Night

The Darwin Camera Club’s presentation nights are held on the first Wednesday of each month.

Members are encouraged to arrive early from 6:30pm to mingle, socialise and welcome new members and visitors.

Our club nights are very informal and held in an inviting and friendly atmosphere. Members exchange information about photographic topics, exhibitions, techniques and events.

Tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks are provided (gold coin donation).

The meeting agenda:

• Start:  7:00pm
• General Business: (15-20 Min)
• Guest Speaker (30-45 Min), or workshop on a specific photographic related subject. Digital presentations much appreciated by members keen to develop their knowledge and experience.
• Break (15 min)
• Monthly Competition – Set Subject and Open Category – Review and Critique (30Min). This is a fun time of discovery, learning and evaluation in a convivial manner.
• Upcoming Events / Outings: (10 Min) when we discuss and plan special photographic activities and outings.
• Finish:  9:00pm (Approx.)
